Spirituality and End-of-Life Care

This program will feature speakers from the Hospice Foundation of America’s (HFA) annual broadcast followed by a panel discussion of local spiritual experts who will address the differences and relationships between spirituality during illness, death, and the grieving experience. The agenda for the morning is as follows:

10:45-12:00 Panel discussion (DNA nursing contact hours)

This conference is for clergy, nurses, social workers, care managers, funeral directors, psychologists, and counselors who wish to increase their knowledge regarding spirituality with end-of-life care.
